Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and reasonably priced, but the location under the noisy water slides could be bothersome. The service was generally welcoming, although there were a few exceptions. Dining had a good selection but was a bit pricey. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were enjoyable, especially the outside pool.
The hotel was mainly functional, just a place to stay near the pools. The rooms are not soundproof, so you will hear everything that is happening outside until everyone goes to sleep. The location, situated in the pirates village above the lockers section, is lovely but has a nudity policy that some might find uncomfortable. The dining experience was good, and the outside pool is a real bonus. The service from the staff was absolutely incredible, able to communicate in English. The hotel is amazing, secluded, calm, and with a good vibe.
The hotel offers an amazing stay, with rooms scattered throughout the park and convenient payment options. The service is top-notch, with extra treats and care for guests. The location is excellent, though some noise from water slides can be a drawback. Dining options are delicious, and facilities are top-notch.
The hotel offers nice and clean rooms until 4 pm, but be prepared for non-soundproof walls. The staff is caring, helpful, and always with a smile, ensuring everyone finds something they like. The location is excellent, close to various attractions and with great sauna and steam rooms. The dining experience is good with plenty of food options, though lacking in choices for small children.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were equipped with a clothes rack for drying towels and bathing suits, making it very convenient for families with children. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The possibility of a family suite at a lower price than two separate rooms would be a welcome addition.
